One of Bradley & Co’s recent contract acquisitions, One Berkeley Street is a huge 260,000 sq ft development comprising of a hotel, apartments, office, and retail premises. We have a diverse team on the ground looking after various aspects of the site’s facilities management, which requires a constant and flexible approach in the support of our onsite personnel. We pride ourselves on reacting quickly to necessary change and have recently created a new coordinator role within the team to help our client, building management and staff administer the site better.
The Royal Exchange, one of the most distinguished buildings in London, has been the centre of commerce for the City of London and played host to many national events for over 450 years. Many parts of the building are extremely old, but that has not stopped Bradley & Co. arranging for a new and upgraded guard management system in recent months to cover the site, allowing for better GPS tracking and reporting. The current Royal Exchange building may have stood for 179 years, but at Bradley & Co., outdated and antiquated are not bywords we live by when it comes to providing the absolute best in facility management service.
Burlington Arcade is one of London’s most prestigious shopping destinations and required a multifaceted approach to how we delivered our contract. Bradley & Co’s key focus areas included enhancing staff communication, improving customer engagement, and developing new ways of working for our Beadles. These improvements enabled the team to communicate more effectively, strengthening security and facility management for the site, its tenants, and the public.
